Isis lost both of her grandmothers, four months apart in the same year. Both were placed in nursing homes. Neither could talk or move. Both succumb to diseases that could have been prevented: Heart Disease and Diabetes. She promised herself to make a change in her own health! When a relationship was formulated thru a successful mutual promotion with AHA, Isis was thrilled to become an Ambassador for the Birmingham American Heart Association!
Through her work on air and lifestyle off, she loves sharing ways to eat and exercise with her friends and family!
"Breast and prostate cancer prevail because of lack of information.
I look forward to working with The American Cancer Society on behalf of my aunt and my father."
